I lead the product strategy and delivery of AI-driven concierge and conversational agent systems used in production environments. My role focuses on designing agent logic, prompt strategies, enrichment rules, and orchestration flows that connect AI agents with real-world data sources such as PMSs, OTAs, KBS, and Google services. I work closely with engineering, AI, and UX teams to ensure outputs are reliable, measurable, and continuously improved through evaluation and QA loops.

I led the development of the Teameo ecosystem for higher education institutions, aligning product strategy with academic and administrative needs across Quebec CEGEPs. My work covered product discovery, roadmap definition, and Agile delivery, with a strong focus on data consistency and system integration. I also contributed to the rollout of an agentic AI system integrated with Teameo, Microsoft Teams, Freshdesk, and other tools to automate end-to-end academic and administrative workflows.

I worked on Odoo ERP implementations across retail, HR, and service-oriented businesses. My role involved translating business needs into functional specifications, configuring Odoo modules, and managing integrations with external systems. I collaborated closely with technical teams on sprint planning, feature prioritization, and quality assurance to ensure stable and scalable ERP deployments.
