I lead the product strategy and delivery of AI-driven concierge and conversational agent systems used in production environments. My role focuses on designing agent logic, prompt strategies, enrichment rules, and orchestration flows that connect AI agents with real-world data sources such as PMSs, OTAs, KBS, and Google services. I led the development of the Teameo ecosystem for higher education institutions, aligning product strategy with academic and administrative needs across Quebec CEGEPs. My work covered product discovery, roadmap definition, and Agile delivery, with a strong focus on data consistency and system integration. I also contributed to the rollout of an agentic AI system integrated with Teameo, Microsoft Teams, Freshdesk, and other tools to automate end-to-end academic and administrative workflows.
